• Why should I do business with your company?

• Low, one-time initial investment
Showcase your products and services with a custom website designed to take your potential customers on a user-friendly "virtual tour" of your business — all at an affordable, one-time investment.
• No-contract website hosting
No contracts to sign — just reliable hosting and support starting at only $29.95 per month. Our clients stay with us month after month and year after year because they want to, not because they have to.
• Marketing assistance
Having a website on the Internet can be like having a billboard in the middle of the desert. It might look great, but if nobody sees it, what good is it? Our Research Department stays on the "cutting-edge" of the industry and is available to help you with marketing strategies, search engine optimization, and "insider secrets" that can help your website stand out from the rest of the Internet crowd.
• Friendly, experienced, "live" personal service
No impersonal phone systems ("Press '1' for this...press '2' for that..."). You'll always have a "real, live" person to speak with who can answer your questions and provide the service and assistance you need — right when you need it.
• No charge for minor monthly updates
Why pay extra for minor updates like swapping-out a few pictures or making simple changes to your website's text? Minor monthly updates are included as part of your monthly hosting.

• How do I get started?
   — It's as easy as 1 - 2 - 3

  1. We'll purchase and register a domain name for you (like: www.yourcompanyname.com) or we'll transfer your existing domain name.
  2. Gather some basic information, like a business card, letterhead, logo, pictures, etc. You do not need all of the information for your website at the time of your order. A simple questionnaire that you'll enjoy completing will provide most of the text for your wesite. Pictures can be mailed to us on a CD, or
E-mailed as an attachment. If you don't have your pictures on a CD, any Walgreens photo department
    will do it for you.
  3. While your website is being developed, you'll have access to a special "For-Your-Eyes-Only" website address, so you (and only you) can see exactly what's happening with your website, and make alterations or suggestions, as it comes together.

Once you give us the "thumbs-up" on your web design, your website will be on the Internet 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, showcasing your products and services, providing a professional image, and generating new customers from your target market, whether that's local or world-wide — around the corner or across the globe.

• Do I have to sign a contract?

Absolutely not. We're not like a lot of companies who want to "lock you in" to a long-term contract. Our clients stay with us month after month, year after year, because they want to, not because a contract says they have to.

• You say there is no charge for "minor monthly updates." What's included with that?

Minor monthly updates include adding or exchanging up to 10 pictures* and replacing two small paragraphs of text (up to 100 words total). Monthly updates can not be carried-over to the following month. Requests for changes or re-design work that's not included in your minor monthly updates are quoted by a Design Technician and completed (after your approval) at $80 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. * Minor monthly updates do not include the following: adding or exchanging pictures that are embedded in Flash or other slideshows or galleries - adding or altering text that is embedded as part of a graphic image.

• How do I handle the monthly hosting...and when does it come due?

Your monthly hosting to keep your website on the Internet is only $29.95 per month. It is due each month on one of four dates - the 4th, 11th, 18th, or 25th - as agreed upon by you and your Repre-sentative. It is handled by the same method as your initial website investment. In other words, if you took care of your website investment by credit card, that same credit card will be charged $29.95 each month for your hosting on either the 4th, 11th, 18th, or 25th. AND REMEMBER: Your monthly hosting includes minor monthly updates.
SPECIAL 15% DISCOUNT: Save 15% by taking care of one (1) year's hosting in advance.

• Are there any additional fees?

Annual Maintenance Fee: There is an annual maintenance fee of $65, payable in the anniversary month of your initial website purchase date*. For example, if you purchased your website on March 6, 2007, your $65 annual fee would be due in March of 2008. This covers resubmitting your website to the major search engines and indexes, evaluating keywords/phrases, overall website "protective maintenance" (e.g., insuring all outside links are still "live"), and domain renewal, if applicable.
* Second and all subsequent domain names are an additional $19.95 each for renewal.
Stock Photography Fee: If you choose to have us provide stock photography for your website (rather than submitting your own photographs or images) there is a stock photography fee of $8 per image.
Credit Card Declines/Returned Checks: If a credit card transaction is declined, or a check is returned for non-payment, there will be a $25 fee per occurrence.
E-commerce Shopping Carts: Prices quoted for standard e-commerce websites include features supported by PayPal "Website Payments Standard" shopping carts. Options not offered in the PayPal "Standard" shopping cart are available with an additional investment required. Contact your Trinity Internet Services Account Representative for details.
